Using the website

Please use the website responsibly. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, or try to interfere with the website or access information that is not intended for you. Provide accurate contact details when sending an inquiry.

Ride information and bookings

Contact us to confirm current availability, prices, rider age requirements, accessibility needs, departure arrangements, and the cancellation or weather policy that applies to your booking. Information on this website does not replace the terms provided for your reservation.

The contact form is for inquiries. Sending a message does not confirm a booking, reserve a bike, or complete a payment. The booking page uses a separate Bookeo integration. If the booking service is unavailable or you are unsure whether a reservation was completed, contact us for help.

Maps and external services

Maps on this website show the general Spring Lake area in Ottawa County, Michigan. They are not confirmation of a departure address or a guaranteed tour route. Confirm meeting instructions for your ride with us.

External services have their own terms and privacy notices. Use of Google Maps is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. Review the terms presented by Bookeo before using its booking service.

Website content

Images, logos and other materials may belong to Pints on the Pedal or third parties. Obtain appropriate permission before reusing content where permission is required.
