Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pints on the Pedal website or contact us about a ride.

Information you send us

Our contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. Your phone number is optional. Submitted messages are stored as website form entries and are available to site administrators for handling your inquiry. Please include only the information needed for your question; do not send payment card details through the contact form.

The website does not offer a newsletter signup. Sending a contact inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Maps and booking services

The website includes embedded Google Maps showing the general Spring Lake, Michigan area. Loading or using these maps connects your browser to Google. Google may receive technical information, including your IP address and browser information, and may use cookies or similar technologies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

The booking page includes a separate Bookeo integration. Information submitted through Bookeo is handled through that service, separately from our contact form. Before providing booking or payment information, review the notices presented in the booking service and Bookeo’s Privacy Policy.

Your information and questions

You can contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask how long it is kept. Please identify the inquiry concerned without sending additional sensitive information. Any request will depend on the records involved and applicable requirements.
